What Directarr Does
Directarr is a mobile app that lets you connect to and manage your own self-hosted media services like Radarr, Sonarr, Plex, and others. It is a client tool — we do not host, store, or provide access to any media content.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Directarr. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The services you connect to and ensuring you have permission to access them
- Keeping your server credentials and API keys secure
- Ensuring your use of connected services complies with their respective terms
- Any content you submit through the feedback feature
Directarr is a tool for accessing services you own or are authorised to use. Using the app to access services without authorisation is a violation of these terms.
Subscriptions
Directarr is available as a paid subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions are billed through the respective platform and are subject to their billing terms. You may cancel at any time through your platform account settings.
No Warranty
Directarr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make a reliable app, but we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly or be available at all times. We are not responsible for issues caused by your self-hosted services, network conditions, or third-party APIs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Directarr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues with connected services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide notice within the app where reasonably possible. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law.
